The rules that apply when you — or an AI agent acting for you — use this website, our agent surface, or our MCP server.
This website and the agent surface at agents.aevumsecurity.com.sg are operated by Aevum Security Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. By using either — as a person, or through an AI agent, script or integration acting on your behalf — you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them.
These terms govern the public website and the public agent surface only. Paid engagements are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, which prevails over this page in any conflict.
Everything published on this website and its machine-readable surfaces — service descriptions, regulatory references to MAS, CSA and GovTech material, and technical explanation — is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, audit or professional advice, and it does not create an advisory relationship. Regulatory obligations differ by institution; do not act on this content without advice scoped to your circumstances.
We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it.
We publish an MCP server and a REST action API deliberately, and we want agents to use them. In exchange we ask for a few things that keep the surface usable for everyone.
https://agents.aevumsecurity.com.sg/mcp.list_services and get_service_details without authentication, and use the results — including quoting them to a person you are assisting.submit_enquiry only with your principal's actual consent. It creates a real business enquiry that a human being reads and answers. An enquiry raised without the named person's authority is a misuse of this surface, and we will revoke the key used. The agent surface is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Endpoints, tool names, schemas and the published surface version may change; material changes are recorded in the changelog, which exists precisely so an integration can detect them. We may suspend, rate-limit or revoke access — including any individual agent key — at any time, and will do so without notice if we believe it is being misused or is putting the service at risk.
We publish no uptime commitment for the public agent surface. Contracted services carry the service levels stated in their own agreements.
Every successful mutating call returns a cryptographically signed receipt, and we retain a record of the call. Those records are evidence of what happened and may be relied on by either of us. The signing keys are published at /.well-known/b2a-keys.json so a receipt can be verified independently, by you or by anyone you show it to.
The content, design, code, trade marks and brand of this website and its agent surface belong to Aevum Security Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may read, quote and reference published content with attribution, and you may store and process the machine-readable artefacts (llms.txt, the manifest, OpenAPI, documentation) as needed to build and operate an integration with us. You may not present our content as your own, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude all implied warranties in relation to this website and the public agent surface, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from their use. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the public website and public agent surface is limited to SGD 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This clause does not apply to contracted services, whose liability position is set out in their own agreement.
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
